Align is a thoughtfully paced reformer class designed for beginner to intermediate students looking to build a strong, balanced Pilates foundation. Rooted in the classical Pilates system, this class focuses on proper alignment, controlled movement, and intentional breath while progressing through traditional exercises with clarity and precision.
Creative variations are thoughtfully layered in to enhance strength, mobility, and coordination without losing the integrity of the classical work.
Expect a full-body workout that emphasizes core stability, posture, and efficient movement, leaving you feeling centered, connected, and strong.
-
Empower is a challenging reformer class designed for intermediate to advanced students ready to build strength, stamina, and confidence. Grounded in the classical Pilates repertoire, this class weaves traditional exercises together with contemporary, strength-driven variations to push your practice to the next level.
Expect dynamic sequencing, intentional transitions, and the use of props to increase load, enhance control, and challenge stability. The focus is on full-body strength, powerful core engagement, and refined movement while maintaining the precision and flow Pilates is known for.
This class is ideal for experienced clients looking to feel strong, energized, and empowered in their bodies.
-
Tower Flow is a full-body Pilates class designed for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Using the Pilates Tower and spring-based resistance, this class blends classical Pilates exercises with creative sequencing to build strength, mobility, and control.
Beginners will find a strong foundation and clear guidance, while experienced students can expect added challenge and complexity.
Unlike the reformer, the Tower offers a more grounded, mat-based experience with springs that move in different directions. This allows for a deeper focus on alignment, stability, and controlled resistance while still delivering a challenging, strength-building workout.
Expect a balanced, mindful workout that improves posture, increases strength, and leaves you feeling longer, stronger, and more connected.
